Leadership

Values

  • We are facilitators, producers and allies to mission-driven partners.

  • Perspective, time and practical experience are valuable and should be freely shared.

  • Barriers blocking participation from under-represented groups need to be removed, and conversations should always explore ways to be more inclusive.

  • Predictable funding increases the viability of new programs and sustains existing ones.

  • Topics and ideas explored within our professional communities mirror those found within our broader culture, and we should improve both simultaneously.
